Post No. 19 gives the finger and tells Sick Goku to kill him. Sick Goku tells him to shove a rod up his fat clown butt and orders Pre No. 19 to kill Freeza. Pre- No. 19 tells them all to eat a d*** and demands Post-Yardrat Goku kill him. Post-Yardrat Goku glares at him and then casually snaps Freeza's neck and drops him like a sack of potatoes.

He would have had to get a power increase of over 150 times via the training to face the androids to become stronger than someone stronger than Frieza. I find that hard to believe and that would have had to be by far the biggest increase in power from a training regime in the shows history.

SSJ Yardrat Goku was even more powerful than that. The fact that Sick SSJ Goku did not one-shot #19, or even significantly damage him, means that he has to be above Mecha Frieza at least.
	We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.

He did significantly damage him. C20 was afraid for C19's life near the end before C19 absorbed the Kamehameha.

Not sure if it's stated, but I believe (Sick) SSJ Goku > Namek SSJ Goku. So if that's the case, 19 could handle Freeza, no problem. It is also either stated or implied (I forget) that Gero > 19. So...
